Apartman Lux - Description

Lux apartment is located in the center of Belgrade, in Simina Street, next to the Knez Mihajlova Street, on the 2 floor with an elevator.Accommodation offers all kind of benefits and opportunities, like being in the walking distance from all main sights without use of a vehicle. Close to the main shopping and pedestrian zone, Kalemegdan, Skadarlija, barsteet Strahinjica Bana ... characterized the location of this apartment as the epicenter of urban life Belgrade. The flat is courtyard oriented, very peaceful and quiet even though you are in the city center.

The apartment very cleverly and luxuriously built. It can accommodate 2 people, 1 large double bed. Unique air space is only partially visually divided with uniquely designed hand made from natural wooden material, which divides the flat into two different content-oriented units. Very functional and bright, completely renovated, the LUX Apartment is a flat with a unique, modern design and exclusive quality. Details such as crystal lighting, full HD LCD TV 37", which rotates, HI FI and surround sound system.

Working area Lighting during the day is controlled with a combination of inner and outer blinds, and by night by a variation of numerous lights, which will provide various effects. Kitchen area consists of all necessary equipment (big refrigerator, a freezer, microwave, extractor fan, 2 hot plates, sink…)
 
Marked parking space in the courtyard gives another hard to find quality in the city center. It is possible to reserve a parking spot on request at a price of 20€/day.

  I can only say great things about my stay at Sandra's apartment! I was welcomed by Sandra, and before I even saw the apartment I was surprised with friendliness and pleasantness of Sandra's personality, who was there to answer any question that I had. The apartment is on great location, just minutes away from the city center, and it is quite close to University that I used to study, so I really liked that part as well. The apartment itself was great, just like in pictures, very cozy and clean. Overall, I would recommend this apartment to everyone who would like to have a nice and unforgettable Belgrade experience!
