Apartman Palace - Description

Palace apartment is located in Belgrade's downtown in a building with an elevator on the first floor, about 200 meters from the pedestrian zone. It consists of 2 bedrooms and for 6 people max. Renovation of the apartment was completed in July 2021.

The Palace apartment is very tastefully equipped with brand new furniture and appliances. It consists of two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, a living room with a corner sofa (that can be folded into bed), fully equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom and terrace. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people (2 + 2 + 2). The price is valid for up to 4 people, or for the use of bed capacity in the bedrooms. Supplement for the use of furniture in the living room is charged +20 euros per day, regardless of the number of guests. Includes air conditioning, central heating, high speed wireless Internet (5Mbs), dishwashers, LCD TV 102 cm, DVD,cable TV and secured door. Even though it is in the city center the street is quiet and the apartment is courtyard oriented.
 
Parking is possible at a price of EUR 17,00 per day.

  Beautiful apartment on walking distance from the city centre, fort Beograd and Skadarska street. Modern interior, it has everything you need.There is a bakery and supermarket very close in the area that works 24/7. Host is very friendly and is swift in replying to any enquiries. Great place!

  Apartman Palace je genijalan, idealna lokacija! Prostran, svetao, tih… divno je bilo imati I terasu. Hvala na svemu i hvala susjedima i Dejanu što su nam javili da smo ostavili otvoren prozor na autu :) Zbilja nam je bilo lijepo i drago mi je da kad idući put krenem prema Beogradu znam gdje tražit smještaj.

  It was a brilliant stay in belgrad. The apartment was perfect. Clean and as seen on the pictures. Four of us stayed in this apartment for three nights and everything from the booking confirmation till us leaving was just perfect. We were pretty late (arrived around 11PM) but we were in contact with Sandra all the time and she was very helpful. Upon arrival although it was late, host took us for a short walk just to give us some hints where to go, what to see, where to eat, etc. Apartment looks exactly as described. Was a pleasure and I will come back for sure!
